Tis the battery

Did you do a load test with high current draw or just check the voltage?
If the voltage is just a little low, the COMPUTER won't let the ignition switch to start. This is a common issue with all new computerized cars. It might start today and not tomorrow then will start the day after.
The auto parts stores sell these wimpy jump starter cords that run from aux port to aux port. all they do is trick the computer into thinking there is enough voltage and the car starts because the local battery still has enough power to start the car.
Still end up buying a new battery in the end.

If the battery passes a heavy load test it's probably a computer problem. Don't hear of bad starters or solenoids much any more. That used to always be the problem, not anymore.

Good luck

No- start issue resolved

The ground cables are a problem. Remove the cables from the stud on the spring tower on the drivers side. when you remove the outer cable you will notice that it is grounded to a crimp lock nut with only 3 small points of contact surface. I used a file to take enough material off the nut for a full circle of contact. next you will notice a dry and hardened anti-corrosion substance. clean this off the stud and inside the threads on the nuts. Next you will notice that the inner cable (to the trans axle housing) is grounded to a painted surface on the spring tower. This will work if the nut side of the terminal is brushed clean. Also remove the end of the cable from the housing and brush the white powered corrosion from the terminal.

I just had this issue last month. Journey started only when it decided to... Brought it to the garage when it finally decided to start, and fortunately it wouldn't start anymore when I tried to show the guy the problem ! So he tested a few things and in the end, he ''hitted'' the starter with a rod: Journey starts, hits again: Journey doesn't start. So now I have a new starter with a lifetime warranty and no problem since...

First thing to do is take your car to autozone or somewhere and have the batter load tested. Once you determine the battery is good (or bad) move on to the next likely culprit.
