2013 journey won't start
 

Hi everyone I have a question and hope you guys can help out. My wife's journey won't start. We just bought it 2 months ago. It's a push start, and the break pedal is very stiff. Won't depress at all. Lights turn on and all but when we push the button we just hear a tick. Thanks in advance for your help. ....

The DJ is sensitive to battery voltages , the tick you hear is that
when you step on the brake pedal?
Do you know when the battery was checked/replaced?
