I brought my Journey into the Dealer with the Ignition Fob Recall on June 07 2017. Four hours later they inform me that the new fob will not connect with the computer(PCM) therefore will have to replace. Given a "loaner" car until June 30 2017 . Loaner car was taken back by Dealer and I was informed that part would not be in until July 20 2017.Phoned Dealer on July 20 2017 and was informed that part will now not be in until possibly August 31 2017. Have repeatedly been in contact with Head office and the Dealer.I have been without a vehicle since June 30 2017 and work for a living..thus having to get on a bike for the first time in 30 yrs...lol.. Has anyone any ideas on where to go from here. I would appreciate any input ...Thank you.
