Default 2011 Journey instrument panel freakish behavior.

So my Journey is parked, turned off and the key is in the house. The lights in the instrument panel continue to cycle and eventually drain the battery. I would love to post a short video, and I am a new member, so not exactly familiar with protocol here. If I'm not successful with the video, I'll come back and provide more details.

Default Instrument panel update.

Okay, so no video. Bummer. The panel stays on for 5-7 seconds goes out for one second, comes back on and continues the cycle till the battery dies. Is there a fuse or something I can manipulate so my battery won't die?
