Talking 2013 Journey - Replacement Fog Light and Head Lights Blubs

Hi everyone,
I have a 2013 Journey SXT (V6 Model) and its a great car. but sometimes when driving on dark roads, i find the head lights and fog lights aren't very bright.

I was thinking maybe switching them to either LED or HID.

Any recommendations you guys have? doing some reading, such "upgrades" comes as Kits so no splicing of wiring is required, etc..

Thank you and appreciate your input. :-)

regards,
Bash

Putting HID’s or LED’s in stock housings is a bad idea. They are not designed to properly focus the light beam and you will end up blinding oncoming drivers. Do a proper projector retrofit or buy projector housings.

I just finished installing Morimoto 2-stroke 2.0 LEDs in my 2012 Journey SXT. Absolutely worth the money. Installation took about 15 minutes for all four bulbs.

Of course, now my fog lights are so dim that they can't be seen. Good thing that Morimoto also makes an LED fog light, it's on my shopping list. :-)

Headlight aiming will probably be required after installation.
