Default ABS and BAS light on

Hi All

got a little new problem with my car, magnum 07 rear traction SXT
My ABS and BAS light goes on when i start the car
also when i ride on and off to finally stay on
the first 5 min ride i get a grinding noise when i apply the brake
then the noise goes away.

*Also the cruise control is not working anymore...

Somebody as a clue what part is defective and where it's located.

Thanks a lot

Mike

Does Horn, Wiper blades, turn signals work ok?
Maybe Steering Coloumn Module is dead or blown fuse. Check All fuses.

brake Grinding wise, you'll have to do a brake inspection.

If everything else works except what u mentioned, You might have to scan for Code instead of just guessing.
I believe when ABS has problem, Cruise Control Function will be disabled.

You probably torn the sensor when u are working on it. Inspect the Sensor wire, check for cuts. Or maybe something else torn it off since u removed that shield.

With those lights ON, ur ABS is alrdy disabled. your car is still safe to drive.
