Exclamation 2005 magnum overheating

Hey folks,
This is the second post I've made regarding my magnum (3.5L) overheating and I am at a loss. I have changed the thermostat (again) using mopar parts. The engine overheats sporadically and my wife is the primary driver for this car. We are planning a long trip back east in August and I don't want to have to worry about the car. There is no water in the oil. Air gets into the water system somehow and once I drain it, it will run for awhile longer. If I can't resolve it with this forum I will be forced to take it in to the dealer (ouch)! Can anyone please help?

I don't know much about the 3.5l but my coolant bleeder on my 2.7 was leaking. That is common and doesn't show real easy unless it is really bad. Could be where the air is coming from.

Is there anything leaking? Water pump could be bad. When the T-Stat went out, how long did your wife drove it while overheating? might have warp the cylinder head alrdy.
