Moved to correct forum.
It's not being caused by the a/c compressor cycling, is it?

Actually, with the ac on, it makes the car idle better. For example, ghost riding the car with me in it, no acceleration just gliding, you can feel it pulsating. Especially if your head is on the head rest like your kid kicking the driver seat. Its not a bad idle to the point it will stall.

Have had the same occasional "rough idle" with my Magnum since day one. I think it is just a Hemi thing. Have had no issues caused by it in the 13 years I've owned the car. Also, remember with the A/C on the computer notches up the idle just a bit while stopped.

I was hoping that would be the case because its a hemi and i read a few forums and said the same thing. I was going to replace the egr valve because i never replaced it but the symtoms of a bad egr is literally your car stalls. I have a few neighbors that owns hemi,srt8. Ill go ask them if they have the same issue...
