Each year at the Carlisle All Chrysler Nationals, the burnout competition is one of the biggest attractions. In 2009, a 1969 Barracuda fitted with a set of tires that burn red won the contest in dramatic fashion - making for a clip that is worthy of being featured on our Tire Shredding Tuesdays segment.
