Need some help
 

Okay here is what I want to do. Wire up my fog lights to a switch or something so that I have the option to run my parking lights and fog lights during the day. I have seen this but is there any easier/cheaper way than that? Squee, I know you got the hookup, cause you da man.

Yeah it can be done you need a relay and some wire splices its pretty straight forward I have this setup on my altima. I have a wiring diagram and everything but I can't scan it so I'm not much help sorry :( If you lived closer I could wire it up for you it would take 10 mins to wire it, its that simple.

Yea, I know it can be done. My buddy was going to help me do it awhile back but we didn't have the time. I wish I wasn't such a nub when it comes to wiring stuff. I'm good at taking things apart and putting them back together.:) I just like to drive with my lights on because I feel its easier for other people to see me coming, and I would rather it just be my fogs and parking lights, because 1.) I think it looks sweet and I'd be different than most, and 2.) my headlights are pretty damn bright. Yea, too bad no one lives nearby. :(

I wish I could wire mine like that too

I hate that you have to have the lights on for the fogs

Its so simple its scary thats why I'm kinda upset I can't help you its just one of them things you need pictures of to completely understand correctly.

I know what you mean about running your headlights I always run mine because there are to many stupid people out there and I don't wreck my baby. and now that she is getting painted I am gonna be really anal about stuff like that. :D

Yea i know what you mean. Today at school I almost parked on a curb to leave as much as possible so the person next to me wouldn't be able to ding up my door. So what happens when i get out after I'm done at school, there is a car parked about a foot and a half from my door. Luckily they decided to be nice and not ding my door up. What is up with people, I purposely parked almost on a curb to get away from people, what more do I have to do? JEEZ.:(

I drew a qick diagram in paint I hope this helps. You need a 5 prong relay, one prong you wont use (napa part # ar272) some wires splices, wire spade connectors, in line fuse holder with fuse, switch and of course wire. Here is the diagram:

Let me know if you have any questions. Like I said it pretty easy it just takes a few parts and a little bit of wireing.
