2004 neon rear shocks
 

I was working on my wifes 04 neon when I noticed both of the rear shocks have a little play at the top where they bolt to the body. All of the bolts are tight and there seems to be the same amount of movement on both sides when the car is bounced. Does anybody know if this is normal? It just seems to be in the "cup" that has the three bolts in it. I was wondering if there is a bushing of some sort that allows some movement. It doesnt have very many miles on it so they shouldnt be worn out yet. Is this a cause for concern? Thanks.
