Default Engine shuts off when heater is used. Help!

Ok, so I have a 2008 nitro. It began kind of rough while in idle. Now, when I run my heater the car will shut off whether it's in idle or I'm driving it, it will just shut off. It starts right back and will continue to run as long as my heat is off. Also my signal lights are not working and my windshield wipers are stuck on. I have to pull the fuse to get them to go off, which is a pain to my wife if it's raining, to have to plug and unplug the fuse depending on if their needed or not. Could all this be related or all separate issues. I've had it almost a year and it only has 85 000 miles on it as of now. I'm wanting to try to fix it myself before I go pay hundreds to just find out what's wrong with it. Any help or advice is much appreciated. Also I have replacedone 2 oxygen sensors already. Could the other 2 be causing the rough idle problem? Thank you!!!
