Windshield Wipers won't park
 

2015 REV RV built on 2014 Promaster 3500. The windshield wipers have started to work erratically. Sometimes they will park normally when shutting off. Sometimes they will park up on the windshield. The one on the passenger side will stop about 1/3 up the windshield.
