emergency!!!
 
i drove to work this morning and my truck ran fine.. then i went to leave and it would start then die about 3 seconds later now it will not start at all.. can this be the fuel filter????

nope... fuel filter will not quit flowing like that... most likely the lift pump IMO... drag it on over to the dealer and let them fix it.

An 2006 and the lift pump gone, ULSD fuel ??

OK, then I stand corrected... I cannot imagine a fuel filter clogging that fast to kill a motor though. I would expect it to be a progressive power loss before it would kill the motor.

b100 would be nice... with the price of gas lately, I'm glad I have a diesel! 3.45/gal for regular gas, $2.89 for #2 diesel [sm=icon_rock.gif]

I agree, gas is going higher every day. I am making up the difference in the price of my truck from my 06 hemi in gas savings alone.
