A good test for the throw up thing is drink a bid glass of water, if that stays down for 5- 10 minutes your golden. **** happens, this too shall pass.

 

well figure i'd update. Today all is well. no upchucking out nething and my day has gone considerably well. I just needed to vent because it just seemed like this week was just gonna keep screwing me over or something. It's all good. but to put on a lighter note I gotta stop missing work I do wanna get a CTD sometime in this millenium lol.
