sup fawkers!
havent dropped in a while. Just wanted to say hi and see what everyone is up to.
I'm returning my truck to stock after some altercations with the dealer. Things are tight these days and the money would be well spent somewhere else.
so my quad race box and commander with a-pillar!
anyway. I'll be lurking as usual

Take this formula:
Cost per gallon divided by average fuel economy = price per mile driven
Comparing my old 1997 Ram 1500 EC with the 5.9 gasser it was:
2.91 (current price) divided by 12mpg = 24 cents per mile
My 5.9 CTD:
3.39 (current price) divided by 18mpg = 18 cents per mile
It still makes me more money back. I love it when my gas friends try to tell meI am dumb for driving diesel with the prices right now, then I show them the wonder of MATH!
