Well.... Here's the pics!!!
Wow!!... that is allI have to say, I definitely love my truck now. I think the size is finally perfect. For the people who haven't read the post leading up to this one, here is the low down...
Tuff Country 6" spring lift w/ tuff country 8000 nitrogen shocks (from topguncustomz) Pro Comp Alloy 17x8" 4.5" b.s. 7089's cast blast (from 4wheelparts) Pro Comp Xtreme Mud-Terrain 37x12.50r17's (from 4wheelparts) Pro Comp black splined lug nuts (from 4wheelparts) ...in case anyone is wondering who hasn't looked into this before, total cost was $3079.00 The wheels where just the right offset, and matched with the 12.50 wide tire, there is no rubbing anywhere, and I don't anticipate any even when flexing pretty hard. I have before, during, and after pics. Let me know what ya'll think... Before, just leveled in the front with a 2" leveling spacer from topguncustomz. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_1994.JPG 6" lift, after I installed it... yes, I put it on in that driveway laying on an old rug. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3572.JPG Here is the rear end, just a 4" block. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3577.JPG Here is a picture of the front end with the new lift. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3579.JPG New control arms. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3580.JPG Putting the new tires on, the truck no longer goes in the garage.. just one end at a time :D. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3582.JPG Lift and tires are on! http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3650.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3652.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3655.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3657.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3658.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3661.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3664.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3666.JPG Welp, there goes $127.90 @ 3.999 per gallon [:@]. http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3669.JPG Just a little light flexing in front of my wife's work ;). http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3670.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3672.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3673.JPG http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebasher/IMG_3674.JPG Here are the next two mods (besides line-x in the bed) http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebas...j-box-arms.jpg http://usera.imagecave.com/savagebas...af_springs.jpg That's it!! |

RE: Well.... Here's the pics!!!
Thanks guys!!
I just realized how bad the flexin pictures look. Just to clarify it is more than just a curb. The truck is in the parking lot and I am standing on the atm drive up lane that is about 12" higher than the parking lot, plus the height of the curb 4-5" or so. I would say the passenger front tire is about 16" higher than than the driver side. Not much, but it was the only thing I saw while I was out driving around takin pics :D. |
