Today I went to the zoo with my sons class (swapped for work tomorrow) and one of the other Chapperones (spelling???) was discussing with someone else about the price of diesel and how he is going to have to park his truck. I asked him what he has and he said proudly "duramax". I said "sorry Bro". He replied, "I know, I don't want to park it". I then sd, "No, I'm sorry you have a duramax". we went into what I drove. I told him expecting him to bash back, he surprised me and said that he would have bought a dodge but prefers the interior of a chevy. to each is own. atleast he recognized the true power.

Lol. That is awesome. Interior was his deciding factor on which truck to get. My deciding factor for getting my truck is that the new GM truck are POS. Weak independent front suspension, horrible turning radius, and they are just plain ugly.

our local dealer has these special edition dodges. they have a harley badge on them. been meaning to stop and take pics. but every time i stop by they tell me its sold. i think that would be neat. cummins power, ford interior.

The only thing chevys have for them is their ride. They get ****ty fuel mileage, have 20 gal tanks, and they sit so damn low to the ground. But if I could get the comfort outta one of those into my dodge I would be a happy camper.

Over the years I have owned a 1985 Ford F150 and a 1996 Chevy 2500, plus my pop always drove a Chevy K20 when I was a kid. They all have their advantages and disadvantages. Before buying my current truck, I wanted a diesel,but couldn't imagine getting a Powerstoke or a Duramax. With the bulletproof driveline, the Cummins powered Ram is hard to beat.
