LOL yeah some people are idiots, a guy I know owns leon springs automotive and so he gets these rich ***** that come in, like George strait (bad *** chevy) stone cold Steve Austin, tim duncan and some other spurs. Anyways he fixed a tranny on this kids car and it goes out again. So the rich dad comes up all pissed (like a lot of rich people that don't get it there way) so he shows the guys dad all the rubber in the wheel wells and asked how old the tires were (about 4months) and their tread was a lil more than half gone. So the dad was then like oh well I'm gonna have a talk with him then.
Just like a road hazard warranty for tires, people will bring 2-4 tires in saying they failed, yet its because they were f'ing around and running over mequite and cedar trees which will shred your tires.

damage or conditions caused by any of the following:
• fire or accident;
• abuse or negligence;
• misuse — for example, driving over curbs or
overloading;
• tampering with the emission systems, or with
a part that could affect the emission systems;
3.8 Restricted Warranty
Your warranties can also be restricted by
DaimlerChrysler. DaimlerChrysler may restrict the
warranty on your truck if the truck is not properly
maintained, or if the truck is abused or neglected, and
the abuse or neglect interferes with the proper
functioning of the truck. If the warranty is restricted,
coverage may be denied or subject to approval by
DaimlerChrysler before covered repairs are performed.
I can't believe that he "thought" he had a warrantable issue...A truck is meant to be worked, but that looks like abuse and neglect.
