Default Mag-Hytech Transmission Pan

My new pan came with a cork type gasket but the old pan has a resusable rubber gasket. Has anyone tried using the rubber gasket with the Mag-Hytech pan. Would make it easier down the road when dropping the pan, would not have to buy a new gasket or worry about scrapingthe old gasket off.....

Is your trans pan the same as a pan on an 04? If so, did you get a spacer block for the filter? Also, how does the filter atach to the trans?

My pop is installing on now and he says there aren't any bolt hols in his new filter. I don't get it.

I didnt get any spacer blocks. The trans filter was the same style that I took off. There are 2 screws holding it in place. I believe the space block was for the double deep trans pan.

Just checked the Mag-Hytech website and the 727-DD (double deep) pan has the filter extension kit.

Yo, bro, ...from Philadelphi-O.................... What's happening with your A/C? No one you might now with gauges? Even a home A/C installer would have them. Ok, let me know.

I'm still screwed .....

I thought I was in the clear, but last night it froze up again. I called my buddy who's supposed to be opening a shop in a few weeks, but knowing him it'll be open sometime mid winter. I told him what you guy's told me about it being an evaporator switch. he said he'd help me install it.

We'll see ....

Are YOU comming to Philly anytime soon ???

I'm gonna go thru my parts box. I know when I redid my entire system, I had 2 extra switches left over because the lines came with them preinstalled. I'll be back.
