Default Spring

Just in case anyone is curious (I was), the spring in the valve cover is for ground.

From service manual: "NOTE: Verify cylinder head ground spring is still properly retained in cylinder head cover."

Any pics of this spring? I dont ever recall seeing it.

What's up Steve! There's a good photo of it in post #2, showing the underside of the valve cover. Was gonna take a picture once my 6.7 rocker arms came in, but saw it there first.

Yeah now that I see the spring, I do recall it. Did not know it was supposed to be a ground.
