RE: VEGI powered 4x4!!!
That kit looks cool, but it costs $3000. Not such a good deal if you ask me. So if you bought a $3000 kit from this place and paid $1.50 a gallon, how long would it take for you to break even?
Let's say your truck gets 20 MPG. You would have to burn 2000 gallons of WVO or drive 40,000 miles on WVO before you broke even.
Also, if you watched the show, did you notice they put fresh oil in the truck and not used oil??? That show is filmed in Franklin, TN which is about 35 minute drive from where I live. I'd be willing to bet that they could not find a source of used oil. Same problem I have. My father in-law is a CPA and he does books for a bunch of restaurants in Franklin. I called all of them and talked to the owners and they all have a service that brings in fresh oil, and hauls off the used oil. They told me they don't buy it, it is more like renting the oil. Most restaurants are switching over to this type of service because it solves 2 of their problems. Getting the oil, and disposing of it.

RE: VEGI powered 4x4!!!
Unfortunately this is the way most restaurants are going now. The people that make these waste oil products will continue to fool people that there is this plentifull supply of waste grease that the restaurants pay to haul off. They will continue to tell people this until the word gets out that it is not true. Maybe 15 years ago, maybe in certain parts of the US, but not around here.
