If your factory radio has a sat button it is just a matter of geting a receiver for the back if you want it to be factory. There are also aftermarket units that use the aux port and just sit on top of the dash. My truck is also an 07 and it came with the receiver I have the thunder road package. You may want to check to see if its already there and just needs to be turned on.

The answer is yes. We use our XM in our '07 through the aux jack with a 3mm cable. We also have the Sirius radio installed but we're already XM customers. For some reason the 2 companies are billing seperately even though they've merged.
