Default Newbie question

Hi guy's........I'm new to the forum, had a strange problem with my 2003 Ram 2500 with Cummins.
When driving for a period of time (approx 2 hrs), the A/C will no longer blow air out of the facia vents, no matter what fan speed.
The fan motor gets faster, but the volume of air does not increase, resulting in a very hot cab here in Texas.
Dealer says it is the evaporator freezing up due to low freon, and not the vacuum servers or head unit.
Is this possible ?...........anybody else had this problem...........all replies appreciated
Thanks

seen this happen many times.

pressure will get low enough to where the A/C becomes. . .too efficient. Then the evaporator gets too cold and the water that is in the air freezes to the fins on the evaporator.

you have a leak in a line somewhere.
