2500 Crew Cab Diesel 5th Wheel
Could I please get opinions regarding my 2500 HD with the Cummins? My 5th wheel RV is gross weight 0f 13,500 #, the unloaded weight is 9830 pounds.and a hitch weight of 2300 pounds. Would I need to add airbags to the rear springs to support that pin weight? I think the 2500 has a GVWR of 9600 pounds. Thanks.

You need more truck.
You can put airbags on it, but that doesn't change the sticker on the door, nor does it make you legal. I can't speak for your truck, but mine has about a 1900 pound payload - including driver, passengers, luggage, etc... 2300 pounds plus passengers would put me way over.

I just pulled a 2006 Challanger fifth wheel with my 2011 2500 and I am going to purchase air bag system. My suspension is not bottoming out in fact it is fine. I just want it level and I do alot of towing so I want it perfict. The truck pulls fine with the cruise controll. The trans is wonderful no backshifting. Power and I almost got 14mpg at 55mph. E#xhaust brake is the best thing! I am very impressed with my Dodge.
