My truck run fine too. no cel but was real doggy. no boost. it was like 90 bucks at autozone. code reader wont work unless it has a data display mode. you need to see what the sensor is actually telling the computer the boost is. I had an old pressure gauge I put it on the turbo where the wastegate hose is and had 3 psi when i tried to brake torque it. done same thing with scanner hooked up and it said 0 psi boost.

Thanks dragracin78...I was checking them out online and found one for 89, haven`t checked with CarQuest yet (they are the only auto parts store here except for Napa).
As for a reader, I found one online for $89.75 which hooks up to your laptop and does a host of things. Software is included and 24-7 support if needed. Here`s the link in case you want to check it out.
