Default 99 dodge 2500 stalls and fuel injectors keep pumping

Have a 99 dodge 2500 and it started rite off and then ran rough after 30 seconds. It stalled soon after and the fuel ejectors keep cycling and pumping fuel after it stalls. (wont start due to flooding after this)

Any help or ideas appreciated.

1 its not going to keep pumping fuel after it stalls... it can't because the pump is gear driven by the motor.

2 a diesel does not flood. it will burn even hotter with more fuel injected into it...

3 sounds like you got air in your injector lines. bleed each line till fuel comes out of each, then try and start it, and once it starts rev it to 2000rpm it should clear out the rest of the air and smooth out the idle.

also check and make sure you don't have any codes.
