Default oxygen sensor

Been having a problem keeping an o2 sensor in my 2007-3500 6.7 diesel. I'm on my 4th one and each time the code reader is showing that the "heater" is defective. I've taken a test meter and confirmed this--the heater is burnt out(that's comparing the heater circuit on a new replacement unit) I've tried both NTK and Bosch sensors---sure hope somebody out there has encounter and solved this problem ...PS ,,,truck is only used on the highway,,mainly pulling a 5th- very seldom in town driving situations???? Thanks for looking Ron K

I believe there is a TSB for this. Its a PCM re flash. Contact your local dealer. Should still be covered under warranty.

On my 2012 I had this issue twice, second time was fixed by the dealer using a new and improved wiring harness as per FCA. Haven't had the issue since.
