Default SRT-10 rough idling

I have a 2006 DOdge Ram srt-10. When the vehicle warms up, it idles very rough when in drive stopped. It also idles a little rough when in park but not as bad.

Also, its strange, when the car warms up to full temp, I get a ticking noise from the valve covers.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The ticking, if not overly loud, is normal.

As for the idle do you have a check engine light? My first guess would be a TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). If you have a check engine light check the DIY section for obtaining codes in a 3rd Gen Ram, then report the code back here.
