Default blocking off the heater core

Hi all. I am new to this forum and new to Dodge. I have a 1991 B350 with 61k miles.

The AC is working but I'd like to see if I can get a bit more cold out of it.

In my 1985 Chevy Diesel Blazer I block off the heater hose going to the heater core with a ball valve and the keeps the heat from entering the cab.

Is this possible/necessary in the B350? If so, which hose? The one coming from the water pump?

Thoughts?

Thanks

I have a 94 b350, school bus high top, and they put gate valves to the rear heater, but they were never used, so they are stuck open. you may be able to make something lik this to bypass the heater core.
