Here is an example of the bypass pulley for dodge motors. I don't know your model specifics so you'll have to look up your exact fit one.

is it possible to route a new belt past the compressor or do you need to put the replacement pulley on?

I did the water pump bypass but did not buy the pulley just ran the belt as shown the belt broke due to being dry rotted and I lost it does anybody know the size of the belt so I don't have to buy 6 of them trying to match one...
