roof mount brake light wire color

Is it the Tan wire for the rooftop brake light ? 92 b250 v6..... and if it's the tan one where can I get at it, because my roof light is gone and I want to put an LED strip there.

Not sure, my van is the next generation. I've had to replace a bulb back there once.
