the a/c and heat work great but only out of defrost maybe a very little out of floor. This just started. I noticed a vac line off this black doo hicky thing by the pcm pluged back in and on other side is a spring loaded little metal bar that i can push in and out. Any suggestions

 

Defrost is the default position when there is low or no vacuum going to the HVAC controls. Keep looking for more loose or broken lines.
