Default Front brake shims rubbing rotor

So I have a noise coming front the front passenger side brake. It goes away when I press on the brakes. Thought I was due for pads. Took the tire off and caliper and the pads are fine. The shim that the pads slide on, one shim rubs the rotor. Both shims are able to slide back and forth about 1/8". If I slide the one shim making contact over the sounds goes away. Not sure for how long though, I guess until it vibrates back.

Anyone have experience with this?

It's the wheel bearing. Applying the brakes shifts the load the bearing is carrying which causes the noise to stop. The passenger side wheel bearings are more susceptible to water damage due to it going through more puddles than the driver's side does.

It's definitely the shim. I took it off today, trimmed it back a little. No noises at all.
