Having trouble finding source to purchase wiper blade holders (not blades) for 2001 3500.

Do you mean the wiper arm or the pivot?

Wiper arm. It fell off cause the fittings that lock it on were messed up. For now I just drilled hole and screwed it on but would like to replace it.
