Can you tell me how to remove the front bumper on a 2003 1500 full size van?

Find the nuts and bolts securing it and remove them.

Thanks for the info. I did figure it out but all the lower bolts are rusted. I am off to get a cutting tool.

Did you try a penetrstibg oil?

Yep, but the square holes in the bumper are also rusted, no choice but to cut them off.
