Drumming sound under throttle

I'm having an issue with noise in my van. I'm hearing a drumming/whining sound while using the throttle anytime over 20mph. When I let off, it stops and pitch increases with speed. I changed the trans mount and rear diff fluid. The transmission itself was rebuilt 5-10k miles ago. Its been an existing issue for several years now. Has anyone else had similar problems?

U-joints? Bad tires?

I bought new tires for it right when I got it. Maybe U-joints? I remember a mechanic buddy saying something about them when I dug it out of storage last year. Don't quite remember if it was good or bad.

Probably bad. :) Might not hurt to have a look at 'em.

If I can't figure it out then I will definitely be contacting you with the required information. There's a bunch more work that needs to be done before I could do so. Thank you very much for the opportunity. :)
