98 Dodge Ram in need of help
 

My husband has a 98 Dodge Ram 1500 with almost 200,000 miles. There is a leak in the transfer case and differential. He is wanting to replace both. The mechanic said he would fix the universal joints on the front end and repair all of the leaks for under $700. This doesn't include replacing the axles if necessary, and he mentioned that he would buy used axles if he needed to replace them.
