Seat Belt Chime on new Ra

I just bought a 2004 Ram with the Hemi, and this is the best truck that I have ever owned. I have had Ford's in the past, but the Hemi is 3 times the truck of any ford. Has anyone found a way to disengage the seatbelt chime on the 2004's yet? This thing drives me crazy and I hate to wear a seatbelt, but I refuse to listen to the chiming. Can anybody help out with this? Thanks a lot, from a new member!

Check your owners manual for the fuse block, there may be a fuse/buzzer you can remove to stop it. I can't stand it either, but it's not my truck it's my dads.

thanks, but i actually found out in the owner's manual how to disengage it. Page 43 and 44 of the owner's manual walks you through it step by step. Thought you might want to know, in case your dad wants to do it to his.

Cool. Thanks. I will let him know. He doesn't like the seat belts in the new one. After you start going the seat belt locks up in position.
