Default pedal seems low, truck has no snap

what's up fellas, i'm new to this forum and could use a little help. I have a 97 ram, 5.9L 360 w/ extended cab and 8' bed. The truck has 128,000 miles, and the engine has about 30,000. I' installed dual cat back exaust, cleaned the intake, but still the truck has no snap when i step on the gas. The gas pedal seems like it is more than an inch lower lower than the break pedal. i've checked the adjustments and i get full pull of the throttle, just no real punch. Any ideas, suggestions, common problems?

Maybe a bit more detail on your truck might help someone with your issue.

Engine size, model, transmission specs would help.

I assume you are using the stock Dodge intake, any aftermarket filters or tb spacers?
