Default rev at shift change

I have a '99 Ram 1500 4x4 sport..and i have noticed recently that sometimes, not always, when i am driving at low RPM's, right before the truck shifts, it Rev's like, 100-200 RPM's..somethin really small, but its definately noticeable, it sounds like when your driving and hit a small bump and ur foot kinda jekrs and slightly pushes the pedal..but the revving happens without that happening, any ideas??

If your SES light is not on....
Try a battery disconnect then a short test drive with full throttle at least once, If that does not work the dealership might need to "Quick learn" the trans.....
Hopefully that will fix it!!! If not you might have to throw your wallet at it real hard!!!
Good luck,
John
