You likely just have it full of air. Assuming you haven't cut any o-rings, put a battery charger on it and crank it for 30 second intervals, giving it 30 seconds to cool. It will take a while to work the air out, but it will eventually. if it still doesn't start, examine the o-ring on the clear line going to the center of the filter. It is real easy to cut this one putting it back on.
