1991 Dodge Stealth SOCH won't start - smoke coming behind engine
I have been adding water to my radiator after replacing thermostadt. The car started when I had it finished. I drove it around the block. When i got back white smoke came out the exhaust and behind the engine (lots of it). The engine sounds like a helicopter now. When I shut it off I had a pool of antifreeze on the ground coming from behind the engine. I tried to turn it over again with no luck... just more white smoke coming from behind the engine. It's tough to see back there but to the best of what I could it was coming from the behind theback 3 cylinders. It is not coming out from the hoses goign into the firewall for the heater core... Any thoughts?

You might have blown a headgasket when your thermostat went out.
