Default Dodge Stealth 1993 R/T. No Spark

I have a 93 Stealtyh 3.0L DOHC With no spark. Was pulling into the driveway when it died. I verified the coil packs all OK. Replaced the Power Transistor Pack cause it tested a little sketchy so that's new. I have Plenty of fuel. Fuel pump is OK. Tested the Cam and Crank sensors. Both show the necessary 5.0 Volts on one wire. But the other wire should have 12v and the common nothing. The 12v wire shows zero. Wher do you go from there?

Oh, btw the car has an aftermarket ECU (computer). So no codes are displayed and I am in the process of getting a laptop with a serial port so I can talk to this thin.

Any help is appreciated.

one of the thing you can do is pull the ecu open it up and see if you can notice any leak.
Mine did not spark when the timing belt jumped
