what are you gauging this by? The stock boost gauge?... Did you check for a popped off hose? or it could be a blown turbo.

I checked all the hoses and there fine and its my dyno guy that told ma that, I told him that the car felt kinda weak at higher rpm so that's the first think he checked he also chequed the turbine in the front turbo he said it was good for now but would have tu be rebuilt in the next 10 kilos so he asumed the one in back was the same!!

check for oil residue in the turbo pipes. key indication of bad turbos. If your gauge isn't reading full boost, then it's a blown turbo (or two). you will also start to hear a whining noise under boost, as well as smoke.

you have an aftermarket gauge? bad seals will cause it to leak and burn oil, will still make boost, it's just shot.
