New front suspension? ECS?!

Idk if i currently have ecs! ( I have a button for it, the dash shows sport and comfort* mode on the cluster, (light was on when i got it, still on even after ECM change))
SO 1991 Dodge Stealth RT n/a DOHC
what are a few different recommended ideas?
