Default Buying a stealth

hi everyone i am looking into buying a TT manual stealth and am wondering what to look for. Car has 85k miles and one owner with carfax service records asking they are asking for 12k. Any info helps thanks

What year? We need more information in order to properly advise. Do you have any pictures? Does it have a Maintenance history? Etc.

It’s a 93. Maintenance records only show the regular, oil chang, balances alignment etc

12K for a 25 year old car? Apparently those fellers held their value REALLY well. Seems AVERAGE price is 14K, but, that is sub-80K miles, in PRISTINE condition......

Do their records show the last time the timing belt was replaced? If it hasn't been, it is 'that' time...... Not an inexpensive endeavor.
