91 stealth r/t only cranks no start
 

i have a 1991 dodge stealth it was running fine until one morning i went out to try and start it, it acted like it was out of gas once it warmed up it ran great. finally it got to the point where it would only crank not start at all. I had a back yard mechanic come over and went over the basics it has fuel and spark. it will eventually start but it takes awhile once its warm it runs amazing. Could it be a bad cam angle sensor how do i test this on a 91?

I would check fuel pressure first.......
