I'm about to buy a 2003 Dodge Stratus SE Coupe2.4L with ATX. Do you guys know what the specs on these cars are? Like, 0-60, 1/4 mile and especially top speed...

High 15's low 16's stock, for the 0-60 is usually around 10 seconds.

I replied in your other thread around 130 to 135, that is if it's the same as the V6.

The stock numbers for the 2.4L coupes are in the high 16's, low 17's...

The stock V6 runs roughly a 15.7 (manual) and a 16.3-4 (auto)

I've hit 120 in my 2.4, I think the max is 125 though for the 4 cyl
