Noise coming from back of stratus coupe at low speed

I have a clanking noise that is coming from the rear of my 2002 coupe at lower speeds when going over bumps or pot hole. There is no noise at higher speeds when going over either. Any ideas? Thanks..

The problem could be the upper control arms on the rear. I believe there was a TSB for this problem.
